Refund Policy
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to paid credits and organization subscriptions purchased through Rami Code Review at rami.reviews, operated by ChangWon Lee (Republic of Korea). It explains when and how you may receive a refund for these purchases. All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
2. Paid Credits
Paid credits are prepaid units purchased to perform code reviews beyond your free quota.
2.1 General Policy
- Subject to your statutory rights described in Section 7, unused paid credits are non-refundable
- Credits do not expire while your account remains active
- Credits cannot be transferred to other accounts
2.2 Exceptions
We may issue refunds for credits in the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If technical problems on our side prevented you from using purchased credits
- Duplicate Purchases: Accidental duplicate purchases will be refunded
- Service Unavailability: Extended service outages affecting your ability to use credits
3. Subscriptions
For subscription plans (if applicable):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period
- You retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the paid period
4. Organization Billing
For organization accounts billed based on active members:
- Billing is based on the number of unique developers with activity during the billing period
- Refunds are not provided for member seats that were used during the period
- Disputes about member counts should be raised within 30 days of the invoice
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact us at support@rami.reviews within 14 days of your purchase
- Include your purchase confirmation or transaction ID
- Describe the reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle. Processing times vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
7. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are located in a jurisdiction with mandatory refund rights, those rights apply in addition to this policy.
